Primary and secondary maintenance of machine tool

The equipment is in normal use, with one-level maintenance and three-level maintenance every year.

First level maintenance contents:

1. Disassemble, clean and repair some parts according to the equipment conditions;

2. Properly adjust the fitting clearance of each part;

3. Clean the felt, oil line and oil filter, clean the oil circuit and pipeline, add enough lubricating oil and grease, make up all kinds of defects and remove the yellow robe;

4. Adjust and repair all operating mechanisms, various iron stops and limit switches of the equipment to be sensitive and reliable, and clean and repair various dust-proof, chip proof and devices to a complete state.

Secondary maintenance contents:

1. In addition to the first level maintenance, dismantle, inspect and maintain some or all parts according to the equipment conditions;

2. Repair the worn precision according to national standards or production process requirements;

3. Replace or repair worn parts according to the actual situation, propose spare parts for the next level II maintenance or overhaul, and map the drawings of vulnerable parts.

4. Dredge the oil circuit, clean the oil tank, clean the oil filter and add lubricating oil;

5. Overhaul, clean and rectify the electrical box, distribution board and operation control parts to achieve cleanliness, sensitivity, safety and reliability.
